The Story
By the grace of God, this cell, which endured more difficult times and fell into ruin, has begun to shine again as a beacon of faith in the Garden of the Mother of God.
Under the guidance of Father Abbot Nicolae, the cell has made remarkable progress in terms of construction.
Thanks to the blessing of the Mother of God and the tireless work of the brotherhood and the contribution of the faithful, several parts of the cells and annex buildings have been restored and completed, thus creating a place conducive to meeting with God.
The spiritual life of the brotherhood has been enriched by the establishment of a constant liturgical program, with the Divine Liturgy performed daily, as well as other prayer services. This liturgical atmosphere has brought spiritual peace and comfort to the brothers, strengthening the bond with Christ and the Mother of God.
The brotherhood, relatively numerous for a cell, gathers with zeal, uniting their hearts in prayer and obedience, following the teachings of the Holy Fathers and caring for the spiritual life of each one.
Thus, the Cell of Saint Nicholas becomes a true spiritual refuge, bringing the faithful closer to God and offering them the spiritual nourishment they need on the path to salvation.
Under the care of the Mother of God and the Holy Hierarch Nicholas, we hope that this cell will continue to be an oasis of tranquility and repentance, a place where souls can find comfort and strength on the path that leads to the salvation of the soul, in Christ Jesus our God, to Whom belongs all glory, honor, and worship, together with His Beginningless Father and His All-Holy, Good, and Life-Giving Spirit, now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen!
